Tender brisket on white bun with onion and pickles on the side.

Prime rib coated with butter and herbs, smoked to your specifications. 

Smoked Tri Tip steak cooked to a medium doneness, (pink in the center) 

Succulent pork served on a bun with side of onion and pickles. 

Tender and juicy pork shredded by hand.  Per Pound.

Pull apart tender, smoke kissed, full rack of ribs.

Marinated pork chop topped with marinara sauce and mozzarella, served on toasted bun. 

Whole fryer chicken, rubbed with a wonderful BBQ rub, slow smoked.
